I work in medical research in London, with the husbandry, handling and venom extraction (milking) of highly venomous snakes on a day-to-day basis. It involves the analysis of the venom, locating and identifying various biological components for cancer and heart disease research but also for the production of various anti-venoms for global snake-bites. Along with this my work involves the study of venomous snakes in general and into the improved prevention, treatment and aftercare of global snake-bites. I have a true passion for my work and though it can be a tad stressful at times due to its nature I'm hoping to meet someone who can understand this.
