I was married for 17 years. I met my late wife through World of Warcraft. Gaming was a huge part of our relationship.
For me gaming is the story. The story told by the game but also told by the world. Those are the things that keep me coming back to most games. For the rest it's the fun time had with friends. This is probably why I like playing TTRPGs as well.
Outside of gaming, I don't mind the outdoors. I love the water but I'm not outdoorsy. I'm not a gym person, but maybe having the right person to do it with makes a difference. I love going out and trying new foods.
