I enjoy walking a lot for exercise and my job is very active so I consider myself quite fit for my age. Not a great watcher of TV unless documentaries or films. I detest soaps lol. Enjoy listening to the radio esp Radio 4, LBC or Talksport. I have two teenage boys who live with their mother. But I see them regularly.
