What gets me excited? A few things come to mind right away: discovering a great new restaurant tucked away in the city, diving into a mystery novel that I can’t put down, or getting lost in conversation that’s so good you forget about time. I’m a sucker for a beautiful sunset, especially when it’s shared, and a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning always feels like a little slice of happiness.
What makes me happy? Little things, mostly. Spending time with close friends and family, laughing until it hurts, learning something new, or putting on my favorite playlist and letting loose.
