HI,I'm Stephen. I am originally from London, but now live in North Devon, in the middle of a field, completely surrounded by sheep and cattle, which suits me down to the ground as friends always tell me I'm talking bulls!. After 30 years in the fire service in London , I love where I live now, looking after my large gardens (6 acres), and quite frankly am never happier as when I'm completely covered in muck planting , or designing some new scheme but!.I do "scrub up" o.k , and love to travel, exploring new places , or just going out and about in the glorious N Devon countryside. I'm very strong on family , I have two children, a son and a daughter (full set) and two darling little granddaughters, who all mean the world to me, but I would also love to have that special person in my life ,some one to care for , love, and share what this wonderful world has to offer, I,m not into notches on bedposts( although an occasional "chip"would be nice!), my ideal lady would not have had to been Miss U.K 1972, but rather a loyal, loving and kind person with a strong sense of humour( she'll need it!
P.s.I do hold a professorship in Feminology from the university of life, but like all men do "get it wrong" occasionally, hence finding myself on this site, .but in my defence I am a very quick learner, and given the correct guidance and nurturing, could I feel develop and hone my skills to even greater levels of understanding of this extremely difficult subject, is there anyone "Girl" enough?.
P.s I originally misspelt "nurturing" and put "neutering" a mistake I very quickly rectified , any ladies wishing to get their own back on men by administering the latter, please , and I repeat please DO NOT get in touch!!
