Now no longer working and with two independent adult sons flown from my nest, I lead a busy life but would like someone kind to come home to!I love walking (with a dog if available), gentle cycling (although I did once cycle from London to Brussels) and pottering about in a garden (then cooking the produce). Not a great fan of beach holidays abroad as Scottish beaches can’t be beaten. I’d much rather explore the Provençal countryside or walk in Italy whilst enjoying good food and wine! Love playing my piano, painting (pictures or doors) and watching old films on rainy days. I like a cultural boost of art exhibitions and any kind of live music (from folk to grand opera).
