Enjoy running and ran the London Marathon in 2017.
Ran from London to Cardiff in 2015 as part of a 12 man team finishing in just over 24 hours.
First ever obstacle course race I did was in 2016 and completed the Spartan Beast in 2018.

The Marlow 5 Mile and the HARP24
Have been known to stop off mid run for a cheeky shandy at a Riverside pub.
Enjoy cosy nights in cuddling up on the sofa watching a good film.
Love a day trip picnicking on a beach or strolling round a country house or castle.
Climbed Mt Tryfan a few years ago and off to climb Mt Snowdon this June.
Been rafting and sea kayaking in Sweden, canoeing in Wales.
Very able DIYer, don't mind spending a day gardening.
