I am a 70 year old widower. Seeking an honest & trustworthy lady of similar age with a warm & loving heart, & a wonderful personality, for a long-term relationship. Not interested in one night stands; gold diggers or fake people.....& I HATE liars!. I am open & honest, & expect the same in return. I am a bit on the heavy set side & 6'-0'' tall with brown eyes; the beard is known to have been removed from time to time .. lol. I don't smoke; was married for 40+ years & have been on my own now for several years.
Love animals, especially cats & dogs (have some of my own). I'm something of an old romantic & believe in treating a lady as a lady ... & hopefully make her feel a bit special. Love kisses & cuddles too. I am not a forceful man & make no demands; I want the lady to feel safe with me at all times, as well as to feel happy & content. It costs nothing to be nice to people, & given the right lady I can be very loving & caring .... & yes, i still l still enjoy walking hand in hand, & holding a door open etc. I feel it would be nice to evolve a relationship at it's own pace, & let things unfold as we get to know each other.
A quirky & even wicked sense of humour (& note I said wicked & NOT evil...big difference in my book) .... totally harmless though & I don't bite I promise (well, not in anger anyway, or unless you want me to .. lol). Maybe a bit rough around the edges for some peoples liking at times,but that's me & who I am. Easy going & easy to get along with. I am articulate & polite, & I put on airs & graces for no one. Basically, what you see is what you get, & I am 100% genuine. Very few, if any hang ups; & only about one real weakness (revealing one of my secrets already here!)... I have a passion for a lady in suspenders & stockings!.
I have many & varied hobbies, a few of these include: motorcycles (in particular, British-built machines); photography, and clay pigeon shooting.
I enjoy listening to music; mainly the older style of country; 1960's; & good old fashioned rock 'n' roll from the 50's & 60's. Not a great tv watcher to be honest, & I absolutely HATE football!! .... but I LOVE rugby!!.
Never been into 'pubbing & clubbing', but I enjoy a simple meal shared in a country pub someplace.
I enjoy exploring the places in the British Isles, which is so rich in history & beauty.
So, who am searching for & hoping to find ?. I guess I am seeking a home-loving sort of lady, who likes to go places from time to time, but otherwise just enjoys spending time in a sharing & loving relationship with her partner. I'm hoping to find a nice looking lady, with a warm & loving heart, & a wonderful personality .... & oh yes, if you have nice legs, well that's even better .. lol (see, i warned you about my humour).
