Well travelled, educated mum, with the "young" gene in so many ways. . kind, fun, hardworking loves outdoor adventures, music, people who try to be their best!
I am pretty much a very busy teacher this year, well most of the time! - but am looking forward to potentially getting out and about with some male company once the year end dash is over (am sixth form teacher. . . . all those kids about to embark on a new world. . . . but gotta get coursework in. . . . or I got the whole dreaded process of determining A-level grades. . . not something I am happy about taking responsibility for at all. . . was much easier when their next steps was decided by someone else. . . )
I have a son, who is my treasure, perhaps even my life saver. . . who I do my best for, all of the time. . . hard though it is. . . which is why I would like to meet someone who understands the continual nagging feeling that you are failing in every aspect of life!
Asides from those deliberations and insecurities, I have so far had a very full life, full of adventure, many relationships, just a few serious. . . many more not so. . . and whilst at this time of life, I am probably looking for that special someone. . . . potentially I am happy with just a few nice times, days out to the coast, picnics in the sunshine. . . kayaking. . . walking the hills. . . exploring lovely places generally. . . but maybe not always on my own.
Little man, is not so little anymore. . . and I sense it is my time to start creating my own future for me. . . beyond "mummy and teacher", which I have been happy with for quite a few years now. . . but as I say. . . "sunny horizons". . . that's what I want, and I sense new ones are needing to be explored. . .

That's how it is though eh, and if you're a full-time single parent, with a busy life. . . you can understand perhaps why that happens. . . and I do need someone who understands that. . . and likewise I am old enough, level-headed enough, and now wise enough to afford the same understanding to others. . .
