I am a kind, big hearted, loving, easy going conscious, awake guy. I love to have fun and be adventurous and go on adventures.
I practice meditation and yoga and I am into healthy living. I have found both of these practices to bring so much more depth to my life and to understanding myself and life.
I truly believe that the human immune system when given the right exercise, food, supplements and vitamins you can boost your bodies natural defences and we can heal from so many diseases and illnesses with the right focus and healing.
I love to dance, sing (although not very good). listen.
I love to wild swim and have a real affinity with the sea. I have recently gotten into surfing and just love the feeling of gliding on the board.
I love to cook and I am getting pretty good at it. I could whip you beans on toast on request (although the toast might get burnt).
