I'm an estate agent but I'm much more tender-hearted then the industry's reputation would suggest! Tenants complain of ill treatement and landlords of being shafted but I like to think I'm one of the few that cares about our customers!
The public and media can be very fickle when it comes to the property world. Current high prices are feared to be ever-lasting when in fact propoerty prices can be changeable in the short term.
I don't plan on getting kicked out of this great city just yet!
