I cant believe I am looking for someone at my age, but I have made a few wrong choices in the past and dont give up easily.!
I have 2 grown up children and 5 grandchildren. My life doesnt revolve round them, but I value them and love them dearly, despite worrying about them constantly, which never goes away even when they get old themselves.!
The last job I had for many years was as a legal assistant; but at the moment, I am a part time "carer" for my grandson.
I am young at heart, big sense of the ridiculous and a large bucket list that I would like to tick off and share with the right person.! My most burning desire is to go to California.
I always like to see the good in people, but life has made me more wary these days. I always try and count my blessings when Im feeling down..
At the end of the day, we all just need someone to love or care about and who feels the same way about us.
I enjoy exploring new places, walking round villages and the countryside, sitting on the beach on a sunny day with a bag of chips (my friend says this is essential!).
I try and stay healthy by eating the right foods and getting some exercise every day.
I can have my "lets stay in and be lazy" days like everyone, but I dont want to be a burden on my family or society if I can help it, so I try and do my best. If you dont feel the same, then I am not for you.!
