Hi there - been on here for a while & like most fell foul of the 'no spark' dead mans text after a date!! So thought I'd address that little imposter first off??
Some say the spark is something handed to people to make their life feel worthwhile and important and used to conceal a complete lack of responsibility for their own desires
Others say Immediate physical attraction and wanting to copulate with someone based on subconscious indicators and indirect communication.
Or it's a handy excuse to use so you can blame something other than yourself for it not working while the real reason is judging the other person by something that is generally seen as "bad" (such as weight, looks, height, hair etc).
I prefer the following:-
Sparks do not necessarily mean compatibility for a lasting relationship. People who have to feel that spark when meeting some one may be missing out on a wonderful person.
