Favourite foods are tapas, curry, Sunday roast, seafood, Vietnamese, sushi, noodles.
Favourite drinks are wine, tomato juice, tea, real ale.
Favourite pubs (in Manchester), The Marble Arch, The Castle, Mulligans, Union Arms in Tyldesley.
Favourite places to eat, Viva Espana (Horwich Nr Bolton), This and That, Mr Thomas's Chophouse, Ning, Australasia, Tampopo (in Albert Sq), The Soup Kitchen, Slice, Vietshack in Arndale Centre, Lily's in Ashton.
Question:
Why is there a light in the fridge but not in the kitchen cupboard?
Dream would be to have a house on the coast facing the sea with a goat and chickens running around the back garden with a little veg patch.
My ambition is to try and live life without regret, and see the Northern Lights, perhaps in Iceland or Finland.
I imagine sitting in a natural hot spring at night, surrounded by deep snow, while drinking wine and watching the Northern Lights do their thing.
Extra points given if you live on a canalboat, are from Ireland, or a red head, or are a hippy chick :)
