Friendly, enthusiastic, open-minded, laid-back towards others, and a good listener (although I have been known to give unsolicited advice, too!). Simultaneously a spontaneous risk-taker and an organized planner. Just kinda depends on the day. I love backpacking, exploring the endless hidden corners of Oregon, learning new things from others, Sunday brunch with friends, local festivals (Oregon Country Fair, the Mushroom Festival, KLCC Brewfest), daring myself to take dips in cold water, and walking with my two 50 pound dogs. I grew up in Michigan and believe is my birth right to spend at least part of each summer on a lake. Its in my blood! I've also lived in Europe, West Africa, and Brasil and hiked wild trails through southern Tasmania, western Scotland, northern Greece, Eastern Spain, to name a few places.
