I'm a nutritionalexercise biochemist (daily dose of Vitamin Sea), entrepreneur, romanticpoet, and fun seeker. I am super fit and am often told I look 10-15 years younger than my age. I have a wonderful, joyful life, yet know that I am my best when I am deeply connected with one woman. I am chivalrous, attentive, adoring, gentlemanly, kind, generous, intelligent, courageous and vulnerable with my feelings, words, and actions. I love to build travel around surf destinations--from the Maldives to Milan (they have a wave pool!) to Mazatlán, from Cornwall, England (5-6 mm + hood, gloves, and booties!) to Costa Rica (no wetsuit) to County Line, Ventura...to The Ranch and Todos Santos (the big wave islands off Ensenada). I live to play, I live to love, I love life, I choose a smile and the upside over drama frowns and negative "litter", and I love my professional career.
I have an 18 year old daughter (she lives with her mother, full time) and have a wonderful relationship with her; I have a loving relationship with my parents and brother, and have a very close, inner circle of friends. I am equally comfortable in board shorts and flip flops at a seaside taco stand as I am in designer clothing at a fine restaurant, the opera, a charity fund raiser, or the theater.
