I have a passion for success and goal oriented demeanor that would push me to
accomplish my set tasks. Also, with my personable character I can work well and communicate
with others to contribute to team efforts. In all that I do I would strive to advance the mission of
the project, and I feel that my previous work experience proves that. Secondly, I capacity to
assess the prevailing internal and external conditions of community engagement in African
community system and its set values and beliefs, aspired me to find a vision with this project to
enhance effective community sector development and opportunity for me to contribute in
building more capacity of Nigerian civil societies as well to maintain a sustainable community
engagements in fronting development issues.
