I am looking for a activity companion. Someone who likes to trail run, kayak, camp, weightlifting, and other outdoor activities. My only requirements are that you are genuine, honest, and are actually engaged in and do these things regularly. I tend to go pretty hard and push physical and mental limits.
About me...very active, love trail running. I've really gotten into Ultra Marathons, going for my first 100 next year with a couple 50 milers under my belt. I go to the gym 3 days a week for weights and racquetball a 4th. I like to try and maintain a well balanced diet with an emphasis on protein and vegetables.
And the "Ultra" disclaimer. I am in the process of going through a divorce and as the headline says "Just Friends", I wholeheartedly mean it. I'm hoping to find a friend and maybe you are her.
