I enjoy being outdoors biking, walking along the beach, hiking, hanging out at the pool, playing pickleball, etc. I do go to the gym at least one or two times a week. A typical day for me is a bike ride, gym or working in the yard followed by a quick swim or hanging out by the pool with a book. When indoors, I do like to knit.
