I am curious, clever, caring, Jewish, proud nerd, night owl and napper, handy, klutsy, eclectic, lexophile, zoophile, anglophile, part time hypocrite, stubborn, loving, and lovable. I am an educator and a student, a "femineus scholasticus" (look it up!). I know my way around a tool box. I'm comfortable in my skin.
I still read hardcover books and watch broadcast TV, study meditation, world languages, esoterica, and a plethora of other topics. I live with cats and critters. Despite some distance from family, they are important to me. I miss the warmth of holidays, celebrations, and keeping traditions. I am typically sporting a skirt, use an Android, seat belts, and Oxford commas. I have always believed that there is a reason for everything.
Please respect that I am Jewish. I want to enjoy Jewish holidays, traditions, family, and, when it comes time, a Jewish burial. Those wishes are best met by a Jewish man.
