Newly divorced (finally, after 18 months separated), father of 2 (13 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter). Ex-wife and i share joint custody, so I have the kiddos on the weekends. Been an amputee (R-bka) since 2020, and aside from my kids, it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Woke me up to how much love and amazing peoplestuff that I took for granted….(couple of weeks in a coma and almost dying will def make you humble and grateful).
I’m 45 but very immature for my age…..(so I’m told). I’m cleansober for almost 14 years now, but I don’t exclude people from my life for drinking or 4:20 etc etc, so long as it’s not a problem, I’m pretty open minded. Currently trying to get my CDL, now that I have a fully-functioning prosthetic (best $50k I ever spent), and I try to keep fit and eat right, with “try” being the operative word.
