I have spinal stenosis and really bad arthritis in both knees it only affects my legs cause instability in my ankles and knees . So I need leg braces for stability seeing I have basically 0 stability in my knees and ankles and they track my legs correctly as i walk. They also give me balance and prevents me from hyperextending my knees and rolling my ankles. So my leg braces are definitely a permanent thing.
