I have been single for a year now, so I'm happy to make friends with a view to hopefully forming a committed relationship. I'm a sensitive, loving and caring person who would like to find the same qualities in a man. I love old fashioned chivalry mixed with a little cheekiness and a good sense of humour :-) I have 3 grown up children, one of whom is temporarily staying with me, and two gorgeous grandchildren. I am very close to my family. I love holidays abroad and would really like to see more of the world. I'm not into clubbing, I prefer to go for a nice meal, the cinema, the theatre (I love musical theatre), an evening with friends an family, or a quiet evening in with someone special. I'm a hopeless romantic, and love to surprise loved ones with little gifts and notes :-) I've been hurt in the past, so I am a little wary now....but I have realised my worth and won't let anybody treat me badly again. I think honesty right from the start is very important. I have no hidden agendas....I am just me :-)
