I was born in France but moved to the States the same year and at age 5, we lost dad and mom decided to move back to Paris because she couldn't cope. My aunt who is also married to an American took me from mom and brought me up. They have a house in Cairo so we all stayed there as one family. Also, I spent my school life in Cairo; graduated from Cairo University as an Architect. But because she and her husband speak only English, I don't understand my mother's language till today.
