I'm a good listener and very empathetic. This gives me happiness as I put other people's needs before my own.
I like to keep myself fit and active outside of work, so I go to as many gym classes as possible during the week, along with a strict healthy diet.
At the weekends I try and squeeze in some yoga but the healthy eating and exercise goes out the window with red wine and eating fast food!
I love adventures, especially last minute spontaneous ones! It doesn't matter if they turn out good or bad, they're all memories :-)
