My name is Chloe. I currently live in Newcastle Upon Type with my mum, dad and brother. I am hoping to move out of home around February 2018. I have a learning disability called Dyspraxia however it doesn't affect me that much in my everyday life. I had a back operation in 2013 which limits what activities I can partake in.
