Excited to meet someone hopefully, friends first and then who knows, perhaps a future! I have MS tbh, though it's not THAT bad really. There are worse things around and I know MS is for life, so it COULD progress, but who knows, certainly not my consultant. Anyway, it's opened up my mind and attitude beyond belief, in a good way, so I refuse to let it change much for me really. If its changed me at all it's in how I'm so much healthier, diet, exercise, sleep wise. Say hi and we can be friends if nothing more :)I love outdoor swimming and go to the local lido four mornings a week. So refreshing, even when it gets colder. Also going to try the local river and nearby seaside which I've loved since i was mini. Love movies, especially true stories. Music, of all kinds. A bit of meditation and pirates, or pilates even (!), for stretching. Got a real interest in keeping active, getting out and about and have some great friends from years gone by who I still chat and meet up with.
