I’ve somehow managed to preserve the boy in me and against a back drop of financial independence, am no longer lost in the dance. I was always too involved in work days to savor the enchanted moments each day brings. I’ve been an adventurer. I’ve climbed mountains and traveled the world., but now I’ve settled down here on Sand Key. After a 30 year hiatus from flying, I’m having an airplane built for leisure flying around the Tampa St. Pete area. Yes, I know I’m 71. I’d love to hike and camp out here in Florida, as I did years ago and far away. A tent-mate would move me to plan it.
I bike 20 miles most mornings and take care of myself, so I’m looking for a fit companion with a positive outlook. We’ve all been battered, but there’s beauty in what some do with that. If we meet, I’ll see that in you; I see it in everyone.
