I have what has been described as one of the largest hernias in the UK, it makes me look like I am pregnant with twins. It affects my mobility as the hernia has really strained my back, this in turn makes it hard to exercise or move as free as many people do. I am a caring outgoing person who despite my hernia loves to travel and chat with like minded people.
