I am an active person, loving gardening, open water swimming, cycling, painting, books, cooking together and lots of outdoors stuff. I would love to have a dog but it's not something I can do right now due to my work life balance. When I retire in 10 years time I'd like to travel more. I went up to the Scottish Highlands on my own recently, swimming in beautiful, remote beaches. I'd love to be in a mutually supportive partnership with someone who is self aware and has a good understanding of their own strengths and vulnerabilities. I'm learning to ride a motorcycle at the moment. I need to stay quite active in order to keep my mild osteoarthritis and sciatica at bay. I'm not gender typical in that I will generally turn my hand to anything in the house or garden, but I still like sewing and cooking. I have very short hair at the moment and don't wear high heels very often....lol
