I am comfortable in my own skin. I workout, ride my bike, spin, or walk the dogs just about every day.Reality is I won't have any more growth spurts and I love my occasional pizza or Mexican food too much to be much slimmer than I am. For the most part I am conscious about what I eat and avoid processed foods. I am in and happy that way. I have a handful of close friends because I am picky about who I let close enough to stay around. I discovered mountain biking a few years ago to get in shape. I fell in love with it. I am a religious person, . My inner peace is found in the words of God and nature. When the weather permits I ride 2 or 3 times a week. I am a strong, independent man.
