I am a 49-year-old male who lives with a disability. I love travelling in my community and go out daily using my electric wheelchair. I love going to church (religion is very important to me), going for coffee, shopping and talking about a wide variety of interesting topics such as politics, sports and my community. I have a lot of knowledge about exercise, muscles and the body because attending physiotherapy and rehabilitation to stay as independent as possible is very important to me. I live in an independent unit that has got support staff available.
