I became blind in 2022. And I exhausted all of my options trying to find treatment. Which led me to apply for SSDI. While there's still some hiccups, there is finally light at the end of the tunnel and I'm ready to share my time again.

I didn't think it was fair, to ask someone to be in my life, while I had so many uncertainties. In addition I have two children who mean the world to me. So I chose to focus on them and myself for the last few years. Now that I know I am more stable I want to find someone to share my time with. I've only ever had one job that I loved and had to give it up. I do what I can to make ends meet and have something I do part time but I wouldn't really call it a job. I spend a lot of time just sitting and listening to TV, but this is nowhere near what I want to do with my life. I'm looking into going back to college so I can try find something I can do while visually impaired. I'm very caring very giving and very understanding and hope I can find someone that understands things may take me more time being visually impaired.
