Hi, I’m Erika 40. I was living my best life, travelled the world, had a career I loved in psychotherapy. Loved to dance be outside, see gigs, write and perform poetry and improv theatre.
All this changed when I was attacked overseas 5 years ago and barely escaped with my life. This resulted in severe complex ptsd, severe chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
It tipped my world upside down but I’m a fighter and still here
