Walkingtrekking and travel is my therapy. Trying new things, meeting new people and always learning keep me young at heart (that and upbeat music)! If you want details, just ask! I've visited 15 countries and 4650 of the United States and have several more on my bucket list. However, my heart (and some wonderful friends and family) is in the UK. When the weather is warm I love being outdoors. Kayaking, camping, bicycle, gardening. When it's cold, a snuggle and movies and craftssewing.
