My photos unfortunately show the ravages of time and I was a bit dubious about showing them but Ces’t la vie, it’s me, Garry and I can’t change it. It's an important aspect of any relationship but friendship is paramount to me and you should be prepared for that as a minimum. It enhances life, love and you find out whether there is genuism and honesty. It would be nice to find the special person who believes that and doesn't stay distant, but it's okay if that doesn’t happen quickly. I'm a strong character, genuine, friendly, non-violent, romantic and sincerely care about people in general. Like others out there I often dream a lot about being with the right person, giving and receiving love, someone to share life with and care about on a daily basis. To know that there's someone who genuinely cares about me too makes all the difference.If I were to describe what I am looking for in person: A genuine, reasonably attractive person who is willing to allow herself to be loved by a similar person. One who is not material in attitude and who believes in Life, who thinks that the glass is half full as opposed to half empty. Who is willing to share her worries and concerns, laughter and pain, who wants to be confident that she won't be let down in any way. Who is willing to trust her life with me, for knowing that I would give my life for her should the challenge ever arise. I want to be able to stare into her eyes and genuinely say, “I love you”. Someone who is prepared to take the risk of being happy. Who doesn’t mind being mad now and again and reacts well to spontaneity. Who doesn’t mind laughing at themselves and who likes trying out different restaurants and dancesnight-clubs now and again. Who will let me get close and is willing to share their secrets with, as I will share mine, (not that I have any of course!). Not too possessive but not too distant either. To like giving love as much as you like to receive it. Not asking too much am I?
