Great food, great company and great adventures are very dear to me. I love the rush and the thrill of exploring new dishes and viewing new sights. It makes it that much better when you have the pleasure of doing it with someone beside you. There’s something magical about new experiences, I think it helps relive the joy of growing up, a time where everything is new and exciting.
I am a bit of a planner when it comes to trips and holidays. Some people go away to sit by the water and drink cocktails, whilst that may be enjoyable for a day it’s not my idea of a holiday. I would have us travelling 200 miles a day, waking at the crack of dawn, up and down mountains, eating at every food spot, visiting caves, waterfalls and temples, and probably coming home feeling like you need a week off!
