After a moderately strenuous day of real-life work, I like to unwind by playing some guitar, hopelessly failing or video games, or catching up with mates.
I try and exercise, probably do just enough sport to avoid a premature heart attack in my 40s, but I get far too many reminder emails telling me I really need to go gym again.
