I have three amazing children which I love very much they are my world, they are home educated which is much easier than you would imagine. I enjoyed parkour as like to push myself both mentally and physically, love to climb around with a little risk, but not to much! Parkour is a great way to keep fit without it being a drag. I recently started cold water dipping which I'm not sure I love yet but, does give you a great feeling of achievement. Also been to a few yoga sessions which have really help me to give myself the time I deserve
