About a year ago, I was diagnosed with MDD and PTSD, then I was immediately put on treatment and therapy referral. I was in a pretty bad shape back then! Today, I can say that I’m feeling a lot better thanks to the treatment I was prescribed and my therapiist’ caring and experience. Another thing I have come to realize is that, I learned more about the person I am during that short period of time than I did throughout my entire life. Even though I feel like I scored some progress regarding my mental health challenges, I still believe that familyfriendspartn er’s support is a crucial factor in recovery
