About me... well you can see what I look like from the pictures, apart from the tattoos, of which there are a number. More about them later. I'd like to think I'm an easygoing kind of woman, open-minded and generally accepting, with a sense of humour leaning towards the blacker end of the spectrum and a childish streak a mile wide: I prefer to take life as it comes and cross that bridge later rather than be Terribly Serious About Things. Although I'm a bit shy, once I relax and open up I like nothing more than a good hearty belly laugh with like-minded chums.
My ideal date would be first and foremost someone who shares my sense of humour: Spaced, Blackadder, the League of Gentlemen and Father Ted are the sort of things that have me rolling about. I'm looking for someone who's not only open about his own opinion, but able to listen to mine as well, even if they don't agree, someone who's thoughtful and kind, but like me not *too* serious and willing to try new things.
Interests-wise I like my films, although I freely admit I have one of the least refined films tastes on the planet - something full of fighting, big guns and and even bigger explosions will generally put a smile on my face: a couple of aliens or the odd zombie in there as well will really sell a film to me. I also try to go mountain biking now and again, but I'm too frightened of breaking myself to throw myself off cliffs or anything truly dangerous like that. I'd prefer to walk up the mountain instead, and enjoy a good yomp through the countryside. I did do my degree in geology though, so be prepared to have a walk halted numerous times for me to study the local strata. It's an embarrassing habit for everyone else, but I don't care. But my overriding passion is tattooing: I'm more heavily inked than most women and there's a lot more in the pipeline! I know that some people are put off by them, but this beautiful and ancient artform is something that I deeply appreciate, and I hope that if you're not keen, you can look past them or even come to appreciate them as much as I do. Despite the tattoos, however, I am definitely NOT into motorbikes - sorry!
