Spent most of a year disabled until major hip and pelvic surgery. Am now walking unaided again, driving etc. Have caravan on Anglesey so great to get down the beach wih Isla and try to increase mobility. Love music, clothes, films, arts, theatre etc. Unashamedly still a mod and get o gigs, NorthernMotown do's etc. Run my own PR agency since 95.
