I am a caring, affectionate, spontaneous person.
I have had an intensely varied life and identify with all kinds of people.
Ever optimistic, I generally accept it quite happily when things don't go according to plan.
I was living in Mexico for twelve years and have been back in High Wycombe for a couple of years now. The grounding feeling of being back on home soil, surrounded by people who talk and think like me is still refreshing. I never missed England while I was away, not consciously, but I am so glad to be back!
I have a lovely 10-year-old daughter who is in Mexico with her dad at the moment, so keeping in touch with her and visiting her is a very important part of my life.
I studied physics. And I tutor maths now, but I don't think I come across as a scientist... I also volunteer in a charity shop. I really enjoy the interaction with customers.
I am interested in alternative medicine: for example homoeopathy, aromatherapy, reflexology and reiki. I do a bit of yoga and occasionally play the piano.
My favourite artists are Coldplay and StingThe Police - but I enjoy most types of music.
And my favourite food is Indian.
