Originally from Singapore, but lived here most of my life, a former Met Police officer, but now a Personal Trainer & Fitness Professional.

I`ve always believed in the riches that money can`t buy, honesty, a good heart, and staying true to yourself. Inner beauty is the defining characteristic that I truly hold special.
I am a very easy going, down to earth guy who enjoys the simple things in life, like good food, walking along the beach, watching a movie (love Rom coms!) and being a Personal Trainer I love my job which is about helping people achieve things that they didn't think possible. I get great satisfaction from knowing that I`ve helped changed someone`s life for the better.
I can teach aerobics, Aqua aerobics, Fitness Yoga, Spinning, Circuit training.
I now Love Reebok Crossfit which is the future of Fitness!
Favourite foods Chinese (of course!) and I do love a Hot Curry!
