I do not spoke, rarely drink, I unsuccessfully tried going Vegan few years ago, but did miss my Masala Indian Chai and Cheese. I have never eaten Meat.
i am in good health, apart from back AcheSciatica so yoga helps. I play regular badminton. I use to play at a club level, but with sciatica pain i stopped so just play socially.
I love going out into nature, love my walks. and yes! out in sunshine and beach. Brighton is 30 mins drive, so when it is hot, I take a day off and go to the beach.
