I think the best way to describe myself is a person of integrity with a good sense of humor. I am very strong in my convictions but accepting of those of others. I am not looking for a clone of myself. The thought of that scares me. I always try and be there for my partner in a non-judgemental way. Commitments are important to me and I try very hard to keep those I make. Family is also very important to me. I try and deal directly with issues as they arise but without beating any one over the head. I am very comfortable with who I am although I'm sure as heck not perfect. I just have learned to live with the faults I have. I accept responsibility for my screw ups and try and learn from them. I don't try and analyze myself or others too much unless it is something that is causing a problem in a relationship. I use humor a lot, especially in tense moments. I have lived back east, the south, and Germany. I have also traveled extensively both professionally and for pleasure.
