I am a professional chef and I love my food. I love baking, making homemade pasta, cooking everything from scratch basically, whether it's making my own gravy, baking my own brownies to cooking lobster - I can do anything. My talent will and has taken me a lot of places. I am at heart a country boy and love spectacular country house hotels, not only to work in but to retreat to and hide from the world lol :-)
