, I consider myself to be a man who physically takes care of himself, I ride my bicycle 20 miles a day 4-5 days a week, I care about my appearance and eat properly. I enjoy biking outdoors along with any outdoor activities, I have played football, Hockey, I raced Motocross, I am an excellent Chef, which is one aspect of my career. I have been a Director of Food & Beverage in the Hotel Industry for 38 years, working in Manhattan N.Y. for 12 of those yrs. And 11 States and Two Islands, so I have experienced Many U.S. cultures and people from all over the world. After retiring and buying a little house in the Pittsburgh suburbs 5 years ago, initially to help my son and his family move forward in their family life, along with enjoying spending time with my now 7, 9, and 12-year-old granddaughters.
