I consider my self to be a balanced individual, having both a serious and silly side. When it comes to business, I take my responsibilities very seriously. I believe in hard work, honesty, loyalty and believe a person should own their own failures as well as their successes. Outside of my responsibilities, I love to laugh and joke around.
