I was born in Santa Maria, California on February 8, 1961. I moved to Alaska at age 3 until age 6, lived in Vacaville, California throughout my educational years. I graduated in 1979 and college in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I was injured in 1984 with a disabling on-the-job accident (Head Injury and not wheelchair bound). Married in California in 1992 and moved to South Dakota. Divorced and remarried in South Dakota in 1995. Married for 25 years until wife passed away in December 2020 from Diabetic complications. Then moved back to California in August 2021 to take care of my elderly mother.
